Now why is that when not one drop of oil from the Canadian Tar sands will be for the US. China owns some of the biggest Tar Sands fields and has options to purchase more. Let Canada ship it to Vancouver if they can or up the St Lawrence. Heck the jobs are minuscule as it doesn't take many jobs to manage a pipeline.
