This company will put out a PR on anything popular to sell shares. Mark my words the next big wave of PRs will have them entering the cannabis market because that's what's hot right now in OTC land. The E-cig PR is just fodder to make the transistion to the cannabis PR seem more legit. They need one direction and they don't know what that is besides selling shares.

But hey, 3Dtv app has over 50 downloads now 6 months later
