What are you talking about? A patent sharing agreement, so that AMD can copy the same techniques that Intel uses? You've got to be kidding.

You can probably assume that most of Intel's techniques are known throughout the industry (at least on a high level), but that's quite different from something AMD can implement on a similar level of effectiveness on products expected on a short term horizon.
