Another pr followed by dumping of shares whether done intentionally or not can be frustrating. In this case if done knowingly it is more than likely done in the best intentions of everyone going forward. Today we see the same thing which is a very good sign of where the dumping is coming from and is may largely be a single entity. This is a good sign that the dumping shall wind down very soon here as their shares flowing out of their hands at a rapid rate.

Look at it this way: (all IMO of course)

APT has some debt just like any other company looking to grow. They want to clean up their debt to present clean financial statements to shareholders. They sell their debt in the form of shares. Roughly 203,000,000 of them. Confirmed as of the 21st, Monday. The company who now owns them 203,000,000 shares wants some actual cash for what they now own.

As of yesterday the 22nd we saw the start of a sell off and the pps fell quite a bit. This likely may have been a portion of those 203,000,000. Now APT realizes they must do some form of damage control and do what's best for themselves and everyone else who owns shares here. Today APT releases a pr as reassurance with information we already knew was on the horizon, along with the introduction of their newest relationship to a world renowned auditing firm.

APT now does not want the pps to fall below .0125 and more so .01 for many reasons, but they also realize shares are going to be dumped. Now what do you do in a situation with all these factors?

1. The new OTCQB rules apply as of May 1st and a ticker must remain above .01 for a specified time otherwise they could fall back into the pink sheets. Not in the plans!

2. The new owners of the 203,000,000 shares want cash and will sell a portion of those shares causing the pps to plummet if there is minimal excitement or buying pressure on that day to keep the price afloat.

3. That same company wants their money worth of each share preferably above .0125.

4. In order to sell shares their must be a buyer on the other side. If buying or excitement is low the dumping will drag on for weeks, scare off potential investors, and cause a panic sell off day after day. A very slow bleed that would destroy all interest over a long period of time.

Now one may ask.. How does or should a company prevent #1, #2 and #4 from happening with the least amount of impact?

The best option whether people want to agree or disagree is to put out a pr to stir up excitement so the dumping can fall into the buying pressure. This usually gets the large sum of shares sold over with in the quickest manner while keeping the pps at the most stable rate as possible. Some things in the market just need to be done to protect your assets as well as give yourself the best chance to grow long term. This is a positive given the circumstances. I believe 50,000,000 to 100,000,000 of those shares have been sold so far this week. The remainder I would believe they would hang onto for a while. The selling should taper off within the next few days or better yet may already be over.

So far APT has done all the right things time after time and has even over delivered on their timelines and kept their word with each and every pr. Some decisions are made for the better good of the company and shareholders whether it looks that way in the short term or not. If you are a true long term holder of this stock these bumps shouldn't rattle you. The DD has been done. Very soon here APT will release beautiful financials, a new ticker name and symbol, news on patents, new relationships, new products and resellers! The list goes on and on.

Myself along with a large portion of this board know we have found an amazing opportunity with one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. A year or two or three from now people will ask... You were able to buy shares in that company for just a penny? Like.. 1 cent? And we will say... Yes lol millions of them!

Folks what we have here doesn't come around these parts too often. Load all you can, tune out the noise and enjoy the ride!
