I do like Dittman he seem like a straight shooter and has a great background. his interview in January seem genuine and truthful. when i watch i can't help but believe him.

but why is dittmans sister, sandra sears, the only person registered under both mead point and bayside realty?

Bayside realty was registered to a home in NC. from the looks of it seems like William Sears may own the home.

The more i dig into fspm background and people involved in the company the more i think they could be a set up.


I hope someone can clear this up for me. from what it looks like there is some sketchy business going on here. Please let me know your thoughts, I am NOT SHORT I DO NOT HOLD A SHORT POSITION. Look at my pervious posts. I was all for fspm until this week.


Maybe they are not a scam but they had the opportunity to make a lot of money selling shares recently, could explain why they are taking there time putting out 1st quarter numbers.
