E, you seem to be slightly tormented with the KMAG scenario. I do not know your history or background with the company and its stock. I do know it will Eventually rise above the barriers it is currently dealing with on many fronts to get to where it should be with its business model. True, the details are not or have not been clearly published or released yet here or on the PR wires. My educated guess is that there has to be some regulatory hurdles that have either not been fully addressed or imposed upon the company executives that prevent this from happening. I truly do not know what they may be or if they even exist. All I know for sure is my brief conversation with JR several months ago revealed that he is using all of his resources both in legal advice and financial resources to accomplish his recently stated goal of rising above the personal attacks and false accusations and most importantly to achieve full compliance with whatever requirements needed by any and all regulatory agencies to get the proper value for this company. Answering emails from nervous or bitter people who have only one goal of destroying both his efforts and the other shareholders who have remained on the train is not something anyone should hold their breath to happen. Take this for whatever it is worth, but the constant insults and barrages of hate filled inuendos are not worth his valuable time to address while working on accomplishing his stated goals for his two companies. All will be revealed eventually. THE ADULTS who have invested in this company have done so with hopefully full knowledge that it is a risk and a risk worth waiting on or they would have jumped oh so long ago.
