Do you think that filing doesn't affect shareholders??? Did you read it?? Common stock was basically made meaningless, no voting power or control over this piece. Just one more way Peter found to keep himself busy instead of keeping up with the current info. So now we have to deal with this bologna instead of experiencing any success, this is all part of the Peter Plan apparently imo
