You're contradicting yourself, pal. There IS a dilution for the purpose of paying off debts. As JJ noted, this is to be expected in a r/m. Although it's not in shareholders' short-term interest it is in company's (and thus shareholders') long-term interest. So we all just have to call it as it is, suck it up and wait for the dilution to be over. Soon we won't even care about the past few trading days as we watch the pps frantically climb up like a squirrel on crack-cocaine with chili pepper rubbed on his nuts and a firecracker up his butt :)
