since-NO-BUYBACK..those-funds should-be-available-for-PROJECTS…….

PRPM was prepared to buyback shares throughout ALL of April………AND they promised funds to Kolbe even PRIOR to buyback…….

seems to me a fairly easy "flipflop" of funding priorities……..divert the earmarked BUYBACK funds

TO THE KOLBE FUNDS……..and when Global Lock gets lifted………funding focus returns to BUYBACK

……..problem is PRPM never had funds and Kolbe is never getting any……

..WHY DID VORTEX LEAVE??? no funds and no management responsibility

why does Vaksar have to PROVE it to shareholders by fleecing them FIRST, before they heed his RED FLAGS
