I could be way off, but maybe Andy knows that it takes awhile before there scanned by way of his masterful skills of filing so many Reg 1-A's over the past two years.....therefore he is selling/dumping like a mad man at this point because he knows the public doesn't know the real deal yet...?

I am not sold on the fact that he needs approval to sell the second tranche...
