Dividends are used to lower their taxes and they will not pay dividends on 3 billion shares don't get too ahead of yourself. They need to get audit done first. Then 10-12 g. Wait for successful year of otcbb then up
It's to Amex or NYSE. This will only be done of the compan actually gains ground. Remember folks this is still penny land, but it looks promising. This company could just be a licensing company and never become more then that. Who knows the will tell.
