Absolutely no effect, my friend. Here's why. Phot will drop (given) because it's halted and obviously can't trade. FSPM on the other hand already has this news baked in so it wouldn't have any impact once phot starts trading again (Unless, SEC comes out with some negative findings). Any information that would have sent FSPM down has already taken place.
