I've never been able to short sell an OTCBB from my individual trading account(s).

I've wanted to, and I've tried. Instead, I short sell the big board listings or ETF's.

Not sure if the same applies to the investment bankers and venture capitalists. I'm guessing they may be able to do this from offshore accounts.

As for NVLX, those PR's are marketing pieces and not to be taken seriously.....seems you already know this.
