I think Frank is smart and we wouldn't experience a reverse split until we hit 50 cents or higher so all the preferred shares can convert. I think we will hit a price where preferred shares convert and then if we have to a reverse would take place.

We have many thousands of percents of share price growth coming our way before we have potential of a R/S
