Yes Sir,

I am well aware of the requirements, I'm a financial analyst.

I was stating my opinion, as we both agree securities can jump from pennies to dollars on a moments notice depending on the situation. Given the potential here, (oil & gas, solar project, TeleMedCare, employee leasing, green fund rally, constant acquisitions , future if not current merger deals & especially the unforeseen, upward possibilities are endless.


I believe we have time before an up listing. Audited fins are just the beginning. There hasn't been a date that I know of that anyone should be expecting an up listing, we just know it should be coming this year. I think there are preconceived notions that we will be up listed by summer , that would be nice.

Frank mentioned (courtesy of HH), the only way there would be an R/S if if the underwriters thought it was the best way to up list. As we stand now, of coarse, a few months from now, who knows. My scenario is just optimism, definitely prepared either way.


Also mentioned in an interview with Frank, I believe well over a month ago, he believes he currently (at that time) , held the ammunition that would raise the pps to .07-.10 , with a $50 million dollar market cap (somehow that came over as an understatement to me). That was then, I would suspect things are just looking better and better. We'll see.
