1) We continue to see LEXG executing their Ultrasonic cavitation technology testing on schedule per the March announcement that they would be delivering a field-testing unit to Canada in short order. This was confirmed by our most recent news, and we can now expect the delivery of the unit at Tero (owned subsidiary) in August later this year. And are continuing, "testing the existing unit for field capabilities in the water purification space." Essentially LEXG is moving forward with water purification (lithium, minerals) testing in parallel with future crude oil testing.

2) Concerning the license of technology (if you are wondering why a crude oil prototype as I was). It is my understanding that on the Future Use Agreement under section 2 paragraph 2.4 states that "Glottech shall issue a separate, written License for each Technology unit delivered to LEXG, for LEXG's use consistent herein." Meaning that each unit can have a separate Field of Use other than non-petrochemical Mining?? --- Or petrochemical is defined as "relating to or denoting substances obtained by the refining and processing of petroleum or natural gas" so by this definition crude oil does not fall within the petrochemical specification, Non-petrochemical field of use, clause. Meaning that crude oil use is indeed covered under the license agreement. Further clarification needed on that. If this is correct then our potential customer base for distribution sales just increased exponentially.
