They were 10 feet off and in the wrong zone... It also looks as though they didn't do a cement squeeze on the previous perfs to close them off. So they are likely to still draw water from that zone as well. I really doubt they get much oil from this well. And by the way perfing in another zone means they needed a permit to do so. They didn't bother.
