Well jdubs as I don't live in the US so stating the obvious "outside the US" is a damn big place with many countries and different viewpoints so thats impossible to call I would have thought. I think the major problem that would hold back the share price is the fact that it just doesn't look or act like a real oil company and has a staff of 3!! Or has that gone up recently...lol
