Maybe they're paying their suppliers with shares right now and the suppliers are cashing them on in quickly and by the time May 1 gets around most of the shares MDNT has paid out will be liquidated and then the PPS will start to go on up rapidly? I'm holding on strong and wouldn't budge for anything right now until at least the end of May but by then there needs to be some serious construction going on or I too may cash my cards in and move on but I do believe it's just a matter of paperwork being completed by all the architects, engineers and lawyers from all parties involved that has to finalized and up the building goes and UP UP UP the stock price goes!!
