well that's a big negative anytime you have insiders selling into a Press Release. I believe that's called a "pump and dump". Insider activity like that NEVER bodes well with shareholders. Basically they're pumping their stock and then passing the bag, and leaving a shareholder at a loss.

You guys should check the SEC filings. The pump and dump of April 2004 is what really brought attention to this issue but also got them delisted. And they left 4000 bagholders (as Moro stated).

lucky for me I was holding 100k shares at the time avg. around 23 cents back in March 04. This stock has been trading as low as 5 cents as you can see from the Java chart. Some of you are wondering why it's only trading at a $40 million market cap. If you ask me that is lofty considering all they have received is $200k for their proprietary patent products from Abbott. Revenues, and net income are what drive PPS - $200k is nothing..... until BOCX can say they've received $20 million and are getting more this stock will go nowhere. Actually I'm surprised it's not trading near 20 cents by now.

On the other hand when you have a stock like PTSC collecting 10's of millions of dollars trading around 10 cents for nearly a year and a market cap of $25 million, you have an undervalued stock.
