That's what I was about to post...thank you! If the county was thinking this project was about to fail, then ya think they'd be doling out taxpayer funds of $800K more for a well when they've already got one out there that would supply water for most "normal" projects. I think for some reason there's information that none of us know and when it's announced all the doom and gloomers and jump-outers are all going to be sitting back going I shoulda woulda coulda but I didn't...
