Even if an RS occurs here to stay on QB, it may not be a bad thing, because so many other fully reporting symbols will be forced to do the same, just to meet some abitrary price threshold. And in life, things are relative, so SnEY move to RS would only be as uniquely bad as compared to the actions of other cos, and since many others will be forced to do the same for an obviously legitimate reason, ipso facto, SNEY RS should not be viewed unfavorably
