Year4929 I live in the uk what u need to do is setup a account at www.shipito.com free postage in the US then you can ship to abroad all they charge is 8 dollars plus actual real freight charges. Also u fill in the customers sticker so u can says its worth 25 bucks this is how I get around duty works a treat the postage rates are brill most US company's completely destroy foreign customers with freight charges the tax man then cleans you up after I'm sold on this method been doing it for 3 years now
