Answers to your questions.

WHY?

1) MASS DILUTIONS
2) PUMP-N-DUMP AND LITTLE MORE
3) LONG-TERM PPS CRIPPLED BY COUNTLESS SHARES OUTSTANDING
4) ONLY TWO STATES LIKELY ALLOWED CASUAL USE PERMITS (WASH + COL)
5) WHO REALLY BUYS HYDRO VEGGIES? IE. EDIBLE GARDENS ONE DAY WILL BE ONLY MARGINALLY PROFITABLE
6) $6,000,000 IN LOSSES 2013, PROJECTED ABOUT SAME 2014 AND 2015
7) MEDICAL MJ TAXES SAID MUCH LESS THAN ANTICIPATED, SAYS STATES.

Answers
1. No dilution here, and no evidence of such has been provided
2. No pump and dump evidence has been provided, in fact the CEO's wife just bought 100K shares on the open market
3. The shares have been counted and are around 166 million. Compare that with others in the sector and TRTC has about 90% less shares outstanding.
4. How many states allow Medical Marijuana? How many of those will also become recreational states. How much are the licenses in Nevada worth? Answer: hundreds of millions of $$$$
5. Millions are buying hydroponic vegetables. Do some DD and it is plain to see the massive potential there.
6. Please post a link to projected losses for 2014. I have seen projected profit of $3.4 million in 2014, and 11.2 million in 2015
7. Medical Marijuana in Nevada alone will be worth over $20 million per year to TRTC alone. Not counting the other companies.

Do your DD before posting from the Bus. LOL
