...believe FCNCA only "issued" (vs. authorized) 84,000 shares.......

...and the issuance of the "special preferred" was when the FCNCA stock was trading at about $210 p/s........= $175MM..........there's the $5.50........but it's "gross".......pre-hyenas #1-7, and the BS/EMP 32%..........so that might only net NO: 8 about $60MM, or $2.10 p/s........

...much more than a coincidence, imo................now, HYPOTHETICAL HARVEY kicks back in as far as "litigation proceeds".................the frankie federal IR dept. stating that the western united matter was being processed, etc.............

...folks, WE - WE believe this frankie federal STIPULATION SECRET has legs.........................always have..................but you know larry......he thinks man walked on the MOON............
