It's all about keeping control. Obviously, funds are in place to fund expansion as southridge is out. Lowenthal controls 51% with 1.6b in series F, outstanding is around 1.5b. Based on free floating, volume dictates that true free floating are much lower. Question is, if all were issued, who owns them. You still have to examine the 497's filed earlier and someone may have a lock on a significant amount of shares.
