License is a formality???? I dont think so... I have read the requirments from Health Canada...FAR from a "Formality"... if it were a formality..... What would cause Health Canada to have already REJECTED SEVERL HUNDRED APPLICATIONS?

One of their requirements, is Municipal Approval to Operate.... which we all know has not been given yet.
