IMHO that is the correct. Management put a "plug" on the leak of more dilution shares. They have reduced the incentive to cash in remaining shares, but that does not stop some who hold positions to get liquid.
I believe the mass dilution is over. I believe you will still see some dumps, but the company will take those shares in and retire them. I am looking to see what comes out to the public in the next few quarters.
Normally I do not disclose my position. In this case, on a speculative position, I will be up front that I hold 25,000,000 shares@ a cost average of .0003. I have a 2 year LONG position set on HIMR and feel that a few spikes will take place. I will exit half of my position on a double, and ride the rest. If that does not happen, I am accepting of taking the loss.
The reason for me disclosing this is to let others know where I stand when I post my opinion.
In my DD I find that the company is progressing, and does have active business operations, ones stated in their public news releases. Management has responded to my emails and expressed that "they will continue to be as transparent as possible" amongst other statements I will not post on public boards. It is important for me to have an open line of communication with management.
