OT: not VMicrocap, but possible opportunity:

KRI has put itself up for sale, and mgt is currently reviewing bids from 2 bidders; indication is that the lead bidder is now over $65. KRI has said they will not talk about the bids til Sunday. Currently trading below at $64, KRI could pop over $65 on Monday when KRI provides details of the 2 bids they received. If both bidders stay interested, KRI could even go over $70.

Enter at your own risk, but it sounds OK to me. I am watching and hoping to buy today closer to 63.50, but may have to pay $64+ to play the game (minor arbitrage, minor risk).
