Similarities= bid/ask size and order execution, Agreed the only difference is the S/S , which is something to keep the eye on.Which they did state in one of their PR's another public offering is possible given they need capital.. IMO , the S/S wont be a issue when they find a investor or merge with a partner who has a sound crisp financials- which will make the topic of dilution completely disappear. IMO GL
