Beg to differ as what we know now....part of any deal is the delivery of the final finacials of the company that is being bought out and the final turnover of any inventory that is part of the deal (furniture, computer equipment etc)

All deals have a due date of the financials which we do not know. I have been involved in companies that have been taken over and the financials are part of the deal and could have a deliverable of anywhere from 15-120 days.

That is a date that we do not know of. If the financials are not closed then the deal is dead. If the company that needs to make the deliverable does not meet the due date either an extension between the two parties be agreed upon or the buying company can say adios the deal is dead. If the company is late in delivering the financials it could be that they are in such as mess or they provided false information both of which can kill the deal.

So although the stock is tanking the takeover company is doing the right thing and being quiet working behind the scenes so that if and when the paperwork is filed and audited the final papers can be signed and the deal is done.

We do not know and will not know in such due time. Also until the financials are not filed and audited no name change can or will take place.

Obviously there are hints out there such as the CEO updating his LinkedIn profile, snippets of the website released on social media and some OTC website updating the BOD on their page however if you look at the description of the buinsess that has not been updated.

In the meantime we sit and wait until something happens. No one knows when this will happen except the people who can't talk about it. We have two choices which either to ride out the store until news is realesed positive or negative when the company can release it or one can sell out and wait until news is released. That is it, we as shareholders can't speed up the process as it is out of our hands. All we can hope for is that the deal will take place and the people behind the scenes are not hanging out playing pocket pool and are rady to rock and roll when the green light is given to Green Cures
