Your posting brings a question to mind. I am fairly sure the first thing to happen will be for the bill to die. However, my question is what sequence the other two could happen. It seems logical that the government would give the green light for the up listing to happen before release from conservatorship, mainly because the government stands to gain tremendously by the pps going as high as possible, then sell off their portion and release from conservatorship.

I guess I am looking for insight for what would bring the government the most money, while keeping f and f intact. That will be what I start looking for.
