Privileged it has everything to do with it. Saying it would have already happened is like burying your head in the sand. That is the problem with all the uncertainty surrounding this issue. We don't really know what the float is. What if the float was 125 mil in Feb and now its 140mil that would explain why the price of the stock dropped and the rallies stalled out from highs. The fact is we don't know and to trust the company that isn't telling us who owns the 125 mil shares and why they don't retire them or opening the TA agent to keep a continual update on the float sends out warnings and bad vibes for you pot head types.
