Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Premier Brands, Inc. essentially sued for over $1.2 million and settled with shares totaling approximately $1.7 million and a convertible note? That said, I'm wondering if their supposed entry into the marijuana sector is hype, in effort to drive up the price and help the debtee sell shares.
