I see evidence of a "proposed sale" nothing saying Jeff Thomas actually sold anything. please provide that source and I will believe you.

And you do not think Jeff Thomas deserves an income so he shouldnt get one? you get to decide that? you have no idea what he has done for creative edge over the past year. So do not claim like you do.

And Bill never claimed that he didn't sell any shares after he sold shares.

Once he did sell shares.. he came out and made it public, and he didn't have to do that. (was a business decision to pay back a loan, not for personal use)

Jeff Thomas will continue to file these 144's every few months, since he stated he will do so, so he will have the ability to sell if he wants to. hes not doing anything illegal. and nothing is surprising here...
