It was out of character for GnF to release 2005's 10KSB 2 months early , when each quarterly and yearly financials over the past 3 years have been released to the fullest allowable time or late .

So , WHY ?

Is it allowable to think that the company did not want to contaminate the planned material events for the middle of March with 2005's financial results on the usual release date of March 30 / 31 ?

It seems to me there was a strategic reason for getting the 10KSB released well in advance of the SEC documented Circuit City
partnership with GnF , timed for March 15th .

Should the C.C. & GnF partnership consumate on or about March 15th as declared in a mutually binding LOI , or minimally before the end of the 1st quarter of March 31st , it would give GnF until May 15th to demonstrate their growth strategies and hopeful successes before the number crunching Financials are released , and with the 2005 10KSB already released it is allowable to think the company may be planning to GROW the
trading equity ( the PPS ) with positive news releases .
