I used to be a believer. Reading the docs in the court has been a real eye opener about this testing. The bottom line is that the only product Coates has sold is shares. R&D? Coates does not have a clue. Even with a positive test the army cannot just issue a purchase order. Testing like this which has not yet begun is the product of salesmanship and nothing else.

How many of those billion shares are left after paying for the latest vacation?
