FSPM is OTC pink not OTCQB or OTCQX so unaudited is fine by law. Rome wasn't built in a day, FSPM will get to the audited land soon, give it some time. Have to crawl before walk and run. Like you said, he is a CPA so that is a plus before we go to OCTQB.
