IMO, Hydra Fuel Cell is a useless item (company) which has been traded around for years. Always "waiting for production" which never happens.

I hate to say this, but I expect this(ARSC) to sit at .0001 for a while.

Oh, and HFCO will be at triple zeroes in short order as well. This company has a history. Hopefully, you'll all make some money, but there are only a few individuals who wind up making money off of these rinse and repeat type situations...and it's not the shareholders, unfortunately.
