so....if converted right now, that would be about 1 share of HFCO (at price of $.003) for every 188 shares of ARSC.

so....If you own 10M shares of ARSC, you would get 53,191 shares of HFCO

53,191 * $.003 = $159.57

However....I doubt any ARSC shareholders (except for insiders, IMO) will receive shares of HFCO.
