I believe that VSPC has changed its tactics from paying for recommendations from the Green baron's of the world (with stock) in favor of putting out more frequent PRs and seeing that they get broader distribution. I do like this better as it has created greater transparency and provides a greater sense of steady progress being made. Now if there was only less pumping on the message boards and more real fact-based opinions, potential new investors would have have more confidence in what they are reading there.
