I've been a supporter of ACTC, it's science, but not much else, like it's share price decline, it's management, it's financing, it's onerous litigation in the multi -millions,etc., and now this - a serious default.
What totally amazes me is that this is a material event and nothing so far has been released today,3 days after the 4/15 date, by the company to inform/guide us, except perhaps something obliquely buried in the 10K which is an incredibly terrible way to inform shareholders of a serious material event and a possible change in the business plan of the ACTC Board, it seems to me.
