Merger thoughts.....
So assuming PHOT is in the greys forever....any chance on a merger which would positively effect shares?....maybe becoming a subsidiary of another company?.....or forming a subsidiary on the pinks themselves and issuing shares to current shareholders and at the same time reducing the outstanding shares as they issue? .sort of like becoming a new company while still the same?.....hey brainstorming here so if I am way out in fantasyland be nice with your education when you reply.....thank you.
