Hae, I thought they were only withdrawing the IPO, not the AS. This is why it is very frustrating to me when you can't get a hold of the company at the number they give out. When news like todays comes out it just leads to confusion, do they have other funding coming, are they going to dilute more shares, who knows. I would still be invested in this if I could have gotten some answers.
