It is a market mover They short they sell shares for the market they sell between themselves,All in all with out them nothing happens..But on this cheap level they are more than likely to short and sell between themselves,,And it really blows way any momentum that a particular stock may get going.When this or any other company gets some good news or bad they move the stock If you happen to have level II You will see them listed,,
