I was wondering if they actually purchased land also. If you go to this link on OTCmarkets. Its the quarterly report.

Look up notes #3-6 starting on page 7-12 it shows 17.3 acres purchased in Butte County California which they paid $96000 for. I am in the process of checking county records in Butte to see if their name is on any 17.3 parcels.
