I am quoting our friend Kerry from an open forum regarding the preferred shares:

"...eligible shareholders of record will receive their Preferred C certificate, by mail, sent by the company, beginning after 23 April. Again, the company will be sending these Redeemable Certificates. They will not be sent by the Transfer Agent or deposited by your broker."

I'm making an educated guess that this being tomorrow, we will hear something from the company as soon as information is available :)
