They met, they smiled and had their picture taken, but the PR did not say that any financial commitment was made.

You may feel that the PPS will go up, but the market does not agree with you. The PPS is down so far today on light volume. Obviously nobody felt impressed enough by what they heard to actually heavily invest in the stock. It will take something a lot more substantial than just saying they are planting some acres, they were happy with a meeting and will announce a deal in the future to move this puppy.
