I gotta agree with you both. MM's are always trying to control the price either by shorting or conspiring with other MM's to bring the price down or up. The artificial movements are clear to see. Stock prices moving up or down on little to no volume in is not a natural stock movement. With XKEM the bid and ask have been the same many times and for more than just a few sales. What's that about? Think about it. MM's make money by moving shares. They short and they help companies dilute at the prices they want. All IMO of course.
