No HP the whole point is NOT to see if the Army will place an order. Coates previously admitted that a successful test would give the company some measure of credibility so that they could attract an investor to pay for the r&d to develop a new competative product. Clearly the existing product has to be adjusted for any variation in operation. That is worthless to the military and quite frankly could cost lives. The test can only prove the concept, not the product.
